Dear Family,

     I am reaching out to you to let you know that I have recently joined a cult.  But don't worry... it's not what you may think...

      Although the location of this cult is actually in a church, don't be alarmed... This is not a religious cult... It is a creative cult... and it is called Mixdeity.

     It is a place where artists, filmmakers, actors, musicians, investors, philanthropists, entertainment attorneys and others all come together to create.

     Our collective provides resources and assistance on many many levels... and right now we have over 1200 members and growing steadily.

     Mixdeity has partnered with me to provide assistance with all necessary resources to produce my upcoming movie REAL MAN...  And they have also partnered with me to host a series of events in the 3000 sq ft sanctuary.  

     In many ways, I have to admit... that I am still struggling with the death of my mother...Due to Covid we couldn't even give her a proper funeral. 

     And to make it worse... although she had a zoom meeting funeral online, I was going through a lot of changes that day and somehow got the time mixed up and wound up missing it.  So up untiI this point, I have never actually had closure.

     So here is my plan... On April 14th, exactly two years and two weeks after my mother's transcendence, I am having a celebration of her life in the "Sanctuary at Mixdeity". 

     During this celebration, there will be light party food and a free and open bar at what we call...  "The Creative Drinking Club"!  

     On this evening, Mixdeity members will be celebrating our upcoming projects that have all been blessed with the resources to be completed. 

     However, for me, this will also be a celebration of the life of my mama... Juanita "Cachita" Harris. 

     Normally I would simply say... "I'm inviting you to come".  But keeping it real...  This time... I need you to come to help me bring closure to the life of my mother... and to show my organization that I have the support of my family tribe!

     Now I told my cult that I come from a family tribe of bold outspoken leaders who are making change in the world as we speak... and I was really hoping that this one time... you guys can back me on this one.

     As the night progresses, our cult collective will be celebrating with a "Night of ESCAPISM... where we will "Elevate Our Soul" in the "Sanctuary" at Mixdeity. And I will actually be host and D.J. for this exciting fantasy house music dance party event.

    There will be a comedian performance, scenes shown from my upcoming movie REAL MAN and possibly a live music performance from one of our music artist members as well.  

     Guest passes to the event are $15.  However, I do have a few free passes left.  And if you really want to come... but for whatever reason don't want to pay...  just let me know and I will try and sneak you in through the back door.

      Mama... I don't care if Covid prevented you from having a proper sendoff... I'm gonna throw a big party to celebrate your life!!!!!  And I hope y'all will join me.
