Title: Real Man Genre: Comedy Length: Feature
A young boy catches a dose of reality when he tries walking in his father’s shoes, finding himself lost in a man’s world with no place to turn but home.
Tony did what he thought would help out his family, but in the process, he crossed some boundaries, and he knew that he would have to pay the price once his dad found out.
Tony devised an insane scheme to get out of trouble, but his plans go totally out of control as he finds himself driving a car for the first time in his life, lost in a neighborhood he’d never been, chased by an angry mob, getting into a fight and running out of gas all in one night.
After all the madness he went through on the day that changed his life forever, Tony's dad was waiting for him on the front porch when he finally made it home. And through it all, a young boy learned valuable life lessons on his journey to manhood.
New Visions Media 1 is at it again. Director of Photography, Lionel Montel Elder and Director Michael K. Harris have a long history creating movies together and now they have started to create their 8th feature.
THE REAL MAN PROJECT, which consists of a feature movie and a documentary series is creating a broad range of opportunities for people in the community to get involved on various levels, which has been a large part of NVM1's mission since its beginning over 20 years ago.

REAL MAN DOCUMENTARY SERIES
Many young boys growing up in America today have no clear outline for rites of passage that lets him know when he is a man. Where does a young boy turn to find out how to become a man? How is he expected to become something which he cannot even define? Who can tell him the 3 main things it takes for him to become a “REAL MAN”? We have set out on a journey to ask this question to various women, men and children. Here are some of the responses we received so far.
